About the toolkit

The Policy Toolkit supports policymakers and public administrations in designing, implementing, and monitoring policies that accelerate the transition towards Climate-Smart Agriculture (CSA) and resilient agri-food systems.

Through an integrated set of practical tools and policy resources, it guides public authorities across the full policy cycle—from assessing enabling conditions and designing interventions to monitoring performance and improving implementation.
